Hillsboro Beach

Located between the Atlantic Ocean & the Intracoastal Waterway on a peninsula just over 3 mile long the Town of Hillsboro Beach is known by locals as “Florida’s Magnificent Mile”. Hillsboro Beach is mostly comprised of condos on both sides of one road-SR A1A. The few single family homes are all beach front & each includes ownership of an Intracoastal lot across the street from the home. Each lot is in the protected no wake zone with an avg. of 100’ on the waterway for dockage of a yacht.
