Meet The DuPree Team

Neil and Marta DuPree, along with their team of REALTORS^Ž are dedicated to excellent service for buyers and sellers. Marta DuPree is the Broker/Vice President of the Keyes Company Realtors and has been a licensed REALTOR^Ž in Florida since 1979. The DuPree Team is the No. 1 producer for Keyes Company Realtors with over 2,000 agents since 1990. Closed career sales volume for The DuPree Team is more than $800 million. Marta has earned national recognition as one of the top 150 REALTORS^Ž in the country and is a Certified Investor Agent Specialist. Marta is a graduate of Florida State University. With residences in northwest Broward and Hillsboro Beach, Marta and Neil understand the benefits of both waterfront and suburban living.

Neil DuPree joined the Keyes Company in 1996 after retiring from 20 years as owner-operator of DuPree Homes. DuPree Homes built high-end custom homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Neil is a graduate from the University of Florida with a bachelor of science degree in building construction. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR^Ž, Neil is a state-licensed general contractor in the state of Florida. Neil brings 20 years of expertise in home construction and contract negotiations to The DuPree Team. Neil and Marta have two grown children and enjoy boating and family gatherings.


	Jimmy Branham, a licensed REALTOR^Ž, is a South Florida native and has resided in Coral Springs for the last fifteen years. He has a degree in Business Management from Florida State University and joined the Keyes Company in 2005. Jimmy is proficient in marketing and selling numerous types of properties ranging from single family homes to large condominium projects and land.

Sharon Podwol, a licensed Florida RealtorŠ and professional buyer's agent for more than a decade, is dedicated to serving our clientele with integrity and skill; helping to achieve their real estate goals. Living most of her life in South Florida, Sharon is happy to share her considerable knowledge of the area. She prides herself on being a reliable contact resource for any real estate and "living" needs. Sharon, a graduate of the University of Florida, also brings to The DuPree Team her extensive marketing and development experience as a New York City Madison Avenue Advertising Executive. Prior to joining The DuPree Team she was a founder and partner of a boutique real estate company specializing in luxury homes and condos.

Bryan Zand, has been a Realtor in South Florida since 1988. Bryan is married with two children and has been living in Parkland since 1999. Bryan is a buyer's specialist who spends most of his time working in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He has been a relocation specialist since 1998 and is comfortable working condos on the beach, County Club communities or helping the first time home buyer achieve their dream of owning a new home. Bryan has been a top producer throughout his 20+ year real estate career, and has personally sold more than $100,000,000 working with buyers exclusively.

Oscar Daza, a licensed realtor, is originally from Colombia but has resided in South Florida for the past 18 years. He has a degree in Finance from Florida International University and has been in the real estate industry since 2001. Oscar is bilingual and his professionalism along with his expertise in banking and real estate makes a great addition to our team. In his off time, Oscar enjoys the beach, playing sports, the gym and when possible, traveling.

Kevin M. Reynolds, Esq., a Licensed Attorney and Florida REALTOR^R, is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest level of professional real estate services. By way of background, Kevin was born in Sarasota, Florida. Seeking new experiences, he moved to the Pacific Northwest where he received a B.B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from Walla Walla University in Washington State. Soon after, Kevin returned to the Sunshine State and furthered his education by receiving a J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Kevin is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association. With his legal background and passion for real estate, he provides remarkable insight into all his clients. Steve Lourim, is a licensed Realtor and has lived in South Florida since 1972. After earning a degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Steve launched a successful career working with Fortune 500 companies as well as owning a business that produced specialized custom products. His extensive experience working with clients and determining their specific needs has consistently generated successful results. Clients find Steve's professional approach & easy-going personality refreshing and especially helpful during their home search process.


	Jim Howrey. is the Accounting Coordinator for the DuPree Team, and also a licensed RealtorŠ. He and his wife have lived in Florida since 2002. After a 25 year career in Information Technology, Jim joined the Keyes Company in 2005. When not spending time on real estate, you will typically find Jim on the tennis court.


	Shirley Bolton, a licensed REALTOR,^Ž has lived in Florida since 1957. She has resided in the BBB Ranches of Parkland for the last 35 years. She shares her home with many animals, from peacocks and geese to dogs, cats, and horses. Shirley has sold real estate for the last eight years in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. She is very familiar with all phases of the business.

Office Assistants


	Anny Renaldo, our Listings Manager, joined the DuPree Team in 1996. She handles the listing process and monitors each property carefully along the way. She sets up Realtor showings and keeps our Sellers and Relocation Companies up-to-date on broker feedback. Anny is always cheerful and ready to assist our clients with all their needs.


	Neyda Hughes, a real estate assistant, will be assisting in many aspects of satisfying our clients needs and in addition she is bi-lingual. Being in the real estate industry since 1996, her expertise is extremely valuable to the DuPree Team. She will provide realtor feedback following showings and will assist with marketing tasks. Neyda is always smiling and eager to assist our clients.


	Jill Tusa, Closing Coordinator, has lived in S. Florida for over 20 years and has been in the Real Estate industry since 1993. She is always ready and willing to help with all your real estate needs or concerns to make sure that you have a pleasant and smooth transaction.

Angela Patino, one of the The DuPree Team's Closing Coordinators, will take over when the property enters the closing process. Each phase will be monitored closely to secure timely results and avoid complications. Angela has been in the Real Estate business since 2004 and coordinates inspections and appraisals. She is bi-lingual and is always on the phone with our closing agents, co-op REALTORS®, repairmen, mortgage companies and our clients to make sure that all our contracts go smoothly.
